Mosaic Mobility’s portfolio spans riders, operators, and city partners, which makes clear product outcomes and visible tradeoffs essential. I am applying for the Director of Product role with nine years of experience leading strategy, discovery, analytics, and delivery for complex service products used by customers, staff, and partner organizations.

At Harborlight Software, I own product strategy, quarterly outcomes, discovery, and roadmap decisions for two cross-functional squads. I replaced a feature-oriented quarterly roadmap with measurable outcomes for intake time, self-service completion, and staff rework, which made planning discussions shorter and tradeoffs easier to explain. In a related workflow redesign, research with applicants and frontline staff plus completion and error data guided changes that reduced median intake time by 31% and increased successful self-service completion from 62% to 78%.

Earlier, at Civic Grove Labs, I managed accessible web products for nonprofit and municipal partners from discovery through launch. I coordinated phased releases across design, engineering, and partner teams for a multilingual benefits-navigation product adopted by 14 organizations. My saved work preference also centers on remote or Portland-hybrid roles rather than three weekly days in San Francisco.
